What are your operating hours?
Our daycare is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After-hours care is available from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

What age groups do you accept?
We accept children from 6 weeks to 5 years old for Daycare and 5 years to 12 years old for After-School Care.

We are the building directly next to Hope Lutheran Church.

Is your daycare licensed?
Yes, we are a licensed childcare facility that follows all state regulations for safety, staffing, and curriculum.

Do you offer tours of the facility?
Yes! We offer tours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. You can schedule a tour through our website.

How do I enroll my child in your daycare?
To enroll your child: Fill out the application form, Pay the registration and enrollment fee to secure your child’s spot, Submit required documents (immunization records, birth certificate, etc.). Schedule a welcome visit to help your child transition smoothly.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a one-time registration and enrollment fee required to secure your child’s spot.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer sibling discounts for families enrolling multiple children. Contact us for details.

Do you accept CCS (Child Care Services)?

Do you offer an after-school program?
Yes! Our Tiger’s Eye After-School Room serves children ages 5 to 12 years old, providing a structured environment with homework assistance, enrichment activities, and playtime.

Do you provide any extracurricular programs?
Yes! We host seasonal events, Adventure Days, and community outreach programs to keep children engaged beyond the classroom.

What security measures do you have in place?
We take safety and security very seriously. Our facility includes:

What is your sick policy?
To protect all children, we require that sick children stay home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours and symptom-free for at least 48 hours. If your child becomes ill while in care, we will notify you immediately for pick-up.

How do you handle medical emergencies?
All staff are trained in CPR and first aid. In case of an emergency, we will provide immediate care and contact the parent/guardian. If necessary, we will call emergency services.

What is your policy on food allergies?
We accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please notify us during enrollment so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes! We provide nutritious meals and snacks daily. Our meal plan includes but is not limited to fresh veggies and fruits, pasta, protein options, and snacks like pretzels, veggie straws, goldfish, animal crackers, cheese cubes and more.

What are the qualifications of your teachers and staff?
Our staff is highly trained in early childhood education, child development, and CPR/first aid. Our director has over 14 years of experience in childcare.

What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We follow all state-mandated ratios to ensure each child receives proper attention and care.

Are background checks conducted on employees?
Yes, all staff members undergo extensive background checks before employment.

How do you communicate with parents throughout the day?
We use Brightwheel, a childcare communication app, to send real-time updates, photos, and important notices.

How do you handle parent concerns or feedback?
We have an open-door policy and encourage parents to share feedback. You can reach out to us via phone, email, or in person.

Do you offer part-time care?
Yes, we offer both full-time and part-time care options based on availability. We offer flexible scheduling options. Let us know in advance so we can accommodate changes.

What happens if my child will be absent?
Please notify us as soon as possible if your child will be absent. Due to our policy, tuition costs will not be deducted from the days your child is absent.

Do you provide drop-in care?
Yes! We do accept drop-in. If you’d like to schedule a drop-in, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate!
